Technology for better water management in residential societies.
TownEve builds technology to help residential communities understand and manage their water infrastructure more effectively.
Built around the water system, not a single sensor.
A large housing society can have multiple water sources, underground tanks, treatment stages, transfer pumps and overhead tanks across several towers. TownEve is designed around that network.
Tank sensors connect through tower-level slave modules. These communicate over radio frequency with one society-level master module, which sends monitoring data to the TownEve application backend through an internet connection.
Measure without immersion.
Ultrasonic sensors mounted above the water surface measure tank levels. Configured tank geometry allows the platform to show water level, percentage full, estimated stored volume and historical changes.
IoT provides the data.
Sensors provide measurements. The communication network moves them. Software organizes the information, preserves history and makes it available to the people responsible for decisions.
From a Pune deployment to a pan-India platform.
TownEve is deployed at Park Astra, a 10-tower residential society in Pune, monitoring drinking, domestic and STP recycled-water overhead tanks together with underground storage.
TownEve is available to housing societies across India. Each deployment is evaluated according to the property's infrastructure and requirements.
Read the Park Astra Case StudyOperational visibility before automation.
Visibility and alerts are current production capabilities. Direct pump-state monitoring is in development. Remote pump operation is in development and testing. Automation should only be introduced with appropriate electrical integration, safeguards, manual override and fail-safe behaviour.
Designed for the people who operate the property.
Individual accounts and role-based access help align information with responsibility across committees, facility managers, maintenance teams and configured resident experiences.
